- Releasing Capita Selecta points (for Veterinary Medicine students)
- Information is collected and used for Vaccinate 4 Africa to liaise with participating practices, send promotional materials, and alert pet owners of practices participation.
What information do we collect?
Personal data
When someone registers as a donor of Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Netherlands, at least the following personal data must be provided:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Address
- Account number / IBAN)
This information is used for our donor administration and for collecting the donation.
In addition, there is an option to be informed about Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Netherlands by means of a digital newsletter. In that case, the above data will also be used for sending the newsletter.
Registration activities
When someone is present at an activity organized by Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Netherlands, (some of) the aforementioned data are collected. The name and initials, the year of commencement of the Veterinary Medicine study, the date of birth, and the student card number are noted. This is firstly for the overview of the number of donors who have come and secondly for the awarding of the Capita Selecta points. These are points that students of Veterinary Medicine can collect to obtain a certificate, which makes it clear that they have been active outside the study.
For the Vaccinate 4 Africa campaign, the following data is collected: practice name, contact person, email address, telephone number, practice address, number of branches.

Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Netherlands has access to all personal data entered to keep a good overview of the donors, to execute collections, to approach people for committees, to register people for activities, and to send service-related messages.
Committees
Committees under Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Netherlands can access necessary data upon request and with the approval of Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Netherlands.
Mailchimp

Data from contact forms are never processed or stored in Analytics.
