The Run4Rabies committee of the student branch of VSF has been working on the organization of the run for the past few months. They have worked hard to bring in sponsors, many companies in the Utrecht area have been emailed or called. The following companies/people will contribute: florist Anneke Kapteyn, Heinz, Jumper Utrecht, writer Mariska van Sprundel, Vitakraft and writer Maarten Jagermeester. In addition, several fun routes have been devised and tested. There are three distances you can participate in.  You can run or walk the 3 and 5 kilometers, and the 10-kilometer route can only be run. The starting point is the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Utrecht. Besides this whole organization there will be a lottery where several nice prizes can be won. On September 19 it is possible to buy lottery tickets for this in the Androclus building. Be quick! On the day itself many students will help as volunteers to guide the routes and serve the food.

Help fight rabies by running with us on September 26 from 5 p.m.! Fun routes of 3, 5 or 10 kilometers will be set out from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. You can also participate digitally by walking a route in your own city. Afterwards, delicious veggie burgers can be eaten. It will be possible to purchase raffle tickets and tickets on September 19 at the Androclus building. See you then!
